Same day dispatch guaranteed! Order by 4pm Monday - Friday and your order will be dispatched that day guaranteed. If you order during the weekend, evening or bank holiday your order will ship the next working day. Subject to stock availability (which is 99.5% accurate on our website).

Delivery Options

At checkout you will be presented with the following delivery options:

UK - Standard Delivery £3.50 & we pay delivery on orders over £60!
UK delivery is via Royal Mail and takes 1-2 days to discreetly reach your door.

UK - Next-Day Guaranteed Delivery ONLY £5.99!
Royal Mail Special Delivery is used for orders under 2kg and City Link couriers for orders over 2kg. Both are available with tracking technology which will be sent to you upon dispatch of your order. Available in all areas of the UK. Delivery is guaranteed next-working day (ie Mon-Fri) when you order by 4pm. Please note, when we have to re-route a parcel to a new address after dispatch or if the parcel gets returned to us there is an additional delivery fee each way.

Europe EU Countries £8.50
Takes 3-4 days by Royal Mail Airmail service. No Customs Declaration is required. This price covers deliveries under 2kg (most deliveries). We will contact you should your order be over 2kg as the delivery cost may increase.

Rest of World £10
Most packages take 5-7 days by Royal Mail Airmail service. Goods will be declared as novelties, plastic toys or clothing depending on contents. NB We cannot be held responsible for goods that do not get through customs because of the laws in your country, so please take this into account prior to ordering.

NB Our free batteries offer does not apply outside of the UK due to security controls as all Airmail and Courier-Air Freight services no longer allow batteries on their planes. If your EU or Worldwide order exceeds 2kg a courier service will have to be used and you will be charged the actual cost of the delivery and not a penny more. Please contact us with any questions relating to this. Please remember you are responsible for the importation of goods and Customs fees may apply depending on the laws and rules of your own country.
